Domestic Shipping & Returns Policy (India Only)

Domestic Shipping Policies (Applicable to orders shipped within India)

We are pleased to offer free shipping anywhere in India. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders received on Sundays or during holidays will be dispatched on the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Please note that we do not ship orders to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require additional days for delivery. Orders with engraving or customization will take an additional 3 working days to ship.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Cancellation of Domestic Order (India Only)

You can cancel your order within 6 hours without any penalty, except for bank charges.

To cancel an order, it must be in the “pending” state under Order History. Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order. Please contact our Customer Support Team at alluringeyewear1@gmail.com and provide your Order Number to request cancellation.

In the event that we receive a cancellation request after the order has been “processed,” we reserve the right to determine whether the order can be cancelled. By placing an order, you agree not to dispute our decision regarding the cancellation.

Domestic Replacement Policy (India Only)

Our aim is to ensure that the items you receive are in perfect condition. However, there may be rare cases where the item is damaged during transit, there is a manufacturing defect, a wrong item is delivered, or the frame doesn’t fit properly.

In 14 days except the following:

  1. Ospejo Frame is engraved & personalized
  2. Gift Certificates
  3. Items that have been used or opened
  4. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  5. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.

Please note, all sales are final and we have a no-refund policy.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • or that a wrong item is delivered to you
  • or in rare occurrence the frame doesn’t fit you well

To request a replacement, please email us at alluringeyewear1@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for returning the item. Once we confirm the return, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Please do not send the item back without our confirmation.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except for the reasons mentioned above.

Domestic Return Policy (India Only)

Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, excluding the items mentioned above.

There are no additional shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items based on the eligible reasons mentioned.

In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery three times. If the recipient is not available or the premises are locked during all three attempts, the customer will still be charged for the order.

International Shipping Policy (Orders shipped outside India)

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all international orders. The estimated delivery time is approximately 7-10 days, although transit times may vary depending on the location.

All international packages are shipped via DHL/FedEx. Please note that delivery within a specific time frame cannot be guaranteed due to customs procedures.

Please be aware that for some shipments delivered outside India, the importing country may impose import duties/VAT on top of the item’s price. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be reimbursed.

As an international customer, you are responsible for any import or customs fees imposed by your government. We cannot predict which shipments will be subject to these fees or the amount charged. In the event of refusal, the cost of the goods or return service costs may be assessed.

Each item in your order is sold by www.ospejo.com. Shipments to countries outside India may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees.

For items on which import duty fees have been calculated, you authorize www.ospejo.com to designate a courier company or freight forwarder to act as your agent with customs and tax authorities in the destination country. This is to clear your merchandise, process and remit the actual import duty fees. Import duty may be collected by the courier company before or upon delivery.

International Shipping Privacy Policy (Orders shipped outside India)

We value your privacy and want to inform our international customers that cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs and/or postal authorities.

Additionally, certain order, shipment, and product information may be provided to our international carriers, who may share this information with customs and/or postal authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If you need to return an item, it must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the goods. Please be aware that we do not reimburse customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

When returning goods, please label the parcel as “returned goods” to avoid customs delays and ensure a smooth refund process.

For shipping returned merchandise, we recommend using a courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or mishandled returned packages. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs.
